I love these boxer briefs. I am 40 years old and have never found any boxers that fit like these. They don’t ride up, they breathe really well, and the pouch is amazing. The most comfortable underwear I have ever worn. The material is soft and durable. I will definitely keep buying these.

Very comfortable and sleek. Hugs everything up and gives your junk a little “push up” effect if you’re into that. The length is perfect since I prefer long boxers. I’d at least try 1 pair if you’re not confident, but I’ve bought real men before, and it’s always been great!

Are they comfortable? Yes. Is the material butter soft? Yes. Now for why we truly buy these. The jewels. I’m normally size xl - however with this brand I ordered 2xl. Sadly the 2xl pocket size D was still a bit uncomfortable so I decided to try again and purchase 3xl pocket D. These were a lot more comfortable however the pocket is still a bit constricting ( update it took 2 wear for material to get comfier ) . I’m not hung like a horse but I am endowed like a bull with low hangers which makes it such a pain to find underwear that fits comfortably. I’m going to keep the 3xl and try them out so we shall see. NOW - their compression long pants ( men tights ) those are GOLDEN. Got size 2xl and the pocket is actually PERFECTION. I’ll probably reorder those for sure.

I have been searching for and trying different styles of underwear for a while now and haven’t found anything that fits my “package” they are always too small or ill fitting. These are perfect. They fit nice with the small exception of the waist band being slightly too low in the back giving the feeling they are slipping down, they aren't, they just feel that way. The pouch is the best out of any other brand, it has all the room I need to be comfortable. The legs are long enough to keep from rolling up and waist band is smooth and doesn't dig in to your skin. The material is so soft and smooth my wife can’t stop touching them… can’t complain about that!

These are amazing. My exhaustive search for the right underwear was over I thought. Great fit and love the material. I really like the long inseam to prevent chafing, Like others said, the pouch has a lot of room more than most other brands so it will wrinkle without your bits being above average. What bothers me is that the stitching on the black, grey, and white pairs is coming apart on the pouch quite badly. I've worn the grey ones 3 times and it is the worst with the 2 layers of pouch material beginning to completely separate. If the manufacturer can fix this for me and for future product I'd call these a 100% win.

These are amazingly comfortable, and as you may guess, they are great for hot weather. They keep everything cool in their own pouch. No sticking! Overall, I like the feel of the single pouch better than the dual pouch system. It guarantees to keep the boys away from the legs in the heat. The material is really nice and seems like it will hold up well. I have run around and exercised in these, and I feel they support and hold everything well when exercising. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars are 1) The legs are a little long for my taste - They do inch up a little during the course of the day, and they're hard to pull down, since they hug the body, are stretchy, and are already close to the knees; and 2) No fly. Love the feel. Hate having to deal with no fly when I go to a restroom in public. It's awkward. As you may know, many of the dual pouch systems have a "hood-style" fly. It works well. I wish these had something similar. Other than that, these are great! Slightly spendy, but overall, I'd say they're worth the price.

Let me just say that this product deserves 5 stars because I can't find any fault with the product itself, just with the typical problems assigned to people outside the average 5'3 - 5'10" heights. Mature content ahead: I'm 6"6" tall, hourglass body shape with a "beer belly," and I have "hiking" (tree trunk) legs. I can wear this underwear with very little comfort problems while walking, but as soon as I sit down, I cut off blood circulation along my inner thighs and my testicles get crushed. The pouch is a full inch too high, which lifts my gonads like I'm cupping my balls with my hands while standing/walking, but sitting causes my scrotum to slowly shift under the pouch so they get crushed by this underwear's skin tight design. It literally feels like my testicles are twisting and my inner thigh feels like it's getting nerve damage; I have to take off this underwear and go "commando" if I want to sit for longer than 15 seconds.

Stop looking for your favorite underwear folks. These are the best!! They are supportive to the boys & keep them off your leg. I’ll never wear any other brand again. Real Men underwear are the way to go. As for size, the chart is close, depends on personal choice, if you like snug and tight, go 1 size smaller, they do have spandex in them so are stretchy. By the chart I should be in a 2XL. I have ordered both 1X & 2X, both fit me and I will wear them all till worn out, the 1X are just slightly tighter in the waist & leg. The 2X are snug on my body without squeezing me…… As for the pouch, I am slightly above average and wish a C-pouch was available. I have 1 B-pouch and it simply don’t stretch enough to hold the boys comfortably throughout the day. The D-pouch on the other hand, totally flaccid I have just a little bit of loose fabric, but hold my boys quite comfortably. My wife loves me in these underwear, she says they’re sexy. I wear Real Men underwear boxer briefs everyday all day. Most comfortable and supportive underwear I’ve owned. Give them a try, you won’t regret it. Hopefully they will come out with a C-pouch for that perfect fit for me, but the D-pouch will work great till then.
