Q: Does this have some provision forr the Libre's "breathing hole"?

No. It is a solid flexible rubber cover. My husband wears it to protect the sensor when he is in the pool.

Q: What size arms does it fit?

The band is 300mm and is elastic making it very versatile for size. You can always ask for a refund if it does not fit.

Q: Title says the band is suited for libre 1/2/3, but Libre 3 is significantly smaller than the earlier versions. Will the cap be snug on the sensor?
