I admit to being a fan of the skincare range so trying this palette I was already prepared to like it! But actually it’s even better than I thought. The eyeshadows are a light shimmer, a slightly darker matte and a great, sooty matte powder which creates a smokey line or a neat eyeliner. Each can be built up and layered to get the effect you want from subtle to deep. The highlighter is creamy, the bronzer is an almost perfect tone for my fair skin without any orange, thankfully, and the blush is a subtle wash of pink. Then the setting powder finishes it all off. Beautifully presented in a gold and pink, very high end looking, square compact, it has a large mirror too. You will need your own brushes, but in a rush I resorted to my fingers and I was able to create a natural, full makeup, barring mascara and concealer, in seconds. It’s a slightly expensive initial outlay but the sheer quality of each product is so good, it will last me absolutely ages so yes, this is a huge winner in my book.

This palette is very handy to use if you are travelling and want to have it all in one. I do use it at home too and it lasts a good amount of time. I would recommend it but there are a few different palette’s available so you need to make the right choice with the colours.

I am really pleased with this palette, the colours of the Nude 1 are great for my fair complexion. I wanted a palette for holiday and travel and I'm so pleased with my choice. I've just tested it)used it for the first time planning to put it away for my travels, the powders are so smooth and the setting powder is fabulous, a totally natural look but the colours can be built up, I even used a bit of the blush on my eyes. The case is well built and looks fabulous, opens and closes with ease and has a good sized mirror. Highly recommended.

I tried this makeup compact and was really surprised, I love it!.. i bought the lightest shade and the colours are perfect for my fair skin. Most bronzers looks orange and harsh on my skin but this one was lovely. The bronzer and blush compliment each other well and love the setting powder. The eyeshadows are the perfect neutral colours and almost identical to the colours I usually buy and the darkest shadow works well as not just a shadow for smoky eyes but a liner too. Loved that fact that I will use everything in the pallet. It has now replaced my separate products, great to have it all together. The compact itself is lovely, great size, good mirror and looks expensive.

I'm not sure how you can prevent this but maybe having carpet on the other side of your letterbox or ordering more items so they get packaged together to avoid the letterbox? It's not the company's fault but needless to say, it was disappointing. It could be more carefully packaged perhaps. If it wasn't for the broken powder, it would be a very nice looking set. I only used two of the colours. The one I use as eyeliner on the lower lid is amazing. Beautiful colour, softened look but good amount of pigment. The other colours are not so suited to me somehow. I ended up buying other cheek and eye colours.
