I have using this for now 1.5 months. We have been using it daily for least once for aataa kneading. It works great. It indeed has metal gears with metal locks. It is compact and fits well in our small kitchen. For 0 to 2 speed we need aataa For 3 to 8 It for wisking. The attachment is of metal and the locks are also metals. But we should not place It in dish washer. Geate product.

I am writing this review after 15 days of use, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this product and this company. The customer service is a complete joke. They rarely pick up calls, and when they do, all they say is “send the details on WhatsApp.” I did exactly that, yet even after 10 days, nobody bothered to even open my message. Despite calling them again and again, all I heard were empty promises like “we will check” – but they never did anything. It’s clear they simply don’t care about their customers once the product is sold. As for the product – it’s no better. Within just one month, the speed control stopped working completely. No matter what setting you choose, it blasts only at full speed, making it totally useless. For a so-called branded product, this is nothing short of pathetic quality and a waste of money. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, do NOT buy this product. Both the machine and the company’s after-sales service are an absolute scam. Once buy Amazon service cannot help you.
