Will this work in a 1.3 gpm pressure washer?

Yes, it will work with a 1.3 GPM. It’s not the GPM that makes it work. It’s the PSI go low PSI to see if it works FIRST..! Caution not to damage the pipe you are cleaning. This is a professional cleaning tip with simultaneous forward and backward pressure.
Never leave hose with pressure tip on it stationary as it will dig a hole. Final rinse can be done with a standard garden hose.
For higher GPM FLUSH.

Gallons per minute doesn’t matter, it’s the PSI that makes it work. Designed for home use, pressure washers. Just like your snap on sprayer tips for cleaning concrete, siding, ECT. 
Can be connected directly to the end of your rigid high-pressure hose. You may need to purchase a second high-pressure hose to make it work. This is a bi directional spraying tip read directions carefully…!
You can use this on just about, any adjustable psi pressure washer. It does not require a lot of pressure to do the job. Repeatedly pushing the sprayer tip and hose, deeper and deeper into the hose that you are trying to clean out for best results. Do not, pull the hose all the way out of the drain pipe/tubing that you are trying to clean out while the pressure is applied to the nozzle tip. It will spray everything with in a 30 foot radius. Could potentially be extremely dangerous. Use common sense.
But… the higher, the pressure you go the more of a chance you might puncture or rupture or permanently damage the tubing that you are trying to clean out. 
BE PATIENT DON’T RUSH..! Start out at your lowest pressure setting. see how it works. That may be enough to get the job done.
Example: I use this pressure tip to clean out my drain-field pipe for my septic tank. Approximately 8 inch in diameter. I set my pressure washer at 1000 psi. Low as it would go. Moving the hose quickly, never leaving it stationary back and forth until the pipes were cleaned out. It did a great job of removing all of the sludge and hair roots from the drain field and it did not hurt the plastic corrugated pipe. 
Note: Release pressure from hose. Dial tip and slightly change position. Example: turn spray tip from 12 to 3 o’clock, to get a more thorough clean, That’s primarily what it is designed for. Cleaning out the inside of underground small diameter pipes up to apx. 2’to 8’ inch drain pipes, culvert, leaf gutter downspout underground, drains, that type of thing.

A word of caution: this is a very powerful simultaneously, forward and backward spray tip. You need to push the spray tip and the hose deep up inside what you are going to clean out before, you start the pressure, washer, or, pull the trigger to release the pressure. The pressure tip must be shielded at all times! A very useful tool. That has the potential to be extremely, dangerous.
Saved my septic tank drainfield from replacement. All it needed was a good cleaning. It now flows freely.
