i used these instead of an ace bandage and they worked great. Enough compression to support my sprain without becoming painful or cutting off circulation. Fit in my boots easily and under or over a sock. Over the sock if you want more compression, under it for less. good value for the price. Bought more so I can have them for daily use.

For well over a year I was struggling with a heel spur. Wearing a boot, going to physical therapy, and extremely painful cortisone shots barely helped me. I was a week out from surgery when I thought I'd give these a try. After two days of wearing it faithfully, I was COMPLETELY pain free. I wore it for two more weeks just in case. It's been a year since this happened and I have not had any pain since. Hate to gush, but this was a true miracle for me. It's a perfect fit and well sewn. Strong!

I thought they would be a little tighter, but they are great! Since they are not too tight, I can wear these all day. I can even sleep with them comfortably. They are helping with the arch pain I have been having since my foot surgery. They aren't a bad price either for a set of two. I plan on buying a few more pairs in the black colorway to use for work. When I wash them, I air dry. Not sure if it makes a difference, but the elastic is holding up well so far.

This was just the support i needed. Both of my achillies were spre and i had an ankle injury in one foot. This was just waht i needed. At first the XL felt too small but when i put it on it didnt feel too tight. This makes walking and moving around feel effortless. It started to thread a lttle bit, especially as my toenails hooked the threads a couple times while putting it on. Ive worn this for weeks and its still works and the compression is still good.

Excellent for a lightweight ankle support. Its thin yet effective at least for someone weighing 110lb. This brace does not add bulk so you can wear it with any type of shoes.

Great Value, easy to slip on,design & comfort is great, slip resistant, not quite sure about the pain relief yet, but so far so good. It's certainly not going to make it worse. I got the Medium & Large because I wasn't sure what size. Not to much of a difference. If you want a little more compression or are in-between sizes go with the smaller size.

Sprained my ankle and it hurt - a lot. My husband ordered me these to proivde support while my ankle healed. I was able to wear them for most of the day, without issue. They provided the support, without it being too constricting. I like that the front is open, as I wore slippers in the house, without issue. I will say that my ankle did swell up to the point that it started to feel constricting. I took it off, elevated and iced, and put it back on the next day. Overall, I am happy with it, but definitely not an all day wear, especially on an injury where you are prone to swelling. I am giving it the 4 stars because of the ease of use and the support it provided, but letting you know that if you injured your foot/ankle and it's prone to swelling, be prepared to take it off after a few hours as the swelling will cause the sock to dig in to the front of the ankle.
