Metra99-5839CH Single/Double DIN Dash Kit for Select 2010-2014 Ford Mustang

I would give this product a -0 if I could. This product was defective from the get go. By giving seller the benefit of the doubt when suggesting that I update it , I went past the Amazon 30 day return policy. I should not have done that because the plug going into the back ended up being faulty, not allowing stereo to come on and heater would come on for no reason at all. I Updated item as suggested by seller and the problem became worse as it started to blink repeatedly. The reviews I read on Amazon after I bought it show very similar problems with product. Based on my experience I would not recommend buying this particular product for the 2014 Mustang. Im in the process of trying to get a refund. Hopefully seller is honest and returns my $300 bucks.

Second one in two years. Tends to have issues when software updates are required.

Product was shipped quickly, boxed well and works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the whole process
