exactly what is expected from quality cannon products.

I have a Canon printer so I buy only Canon print cartridges. I don't like or trust generic, compatible print cartridges; mostly because I don't know the manufacturer, a substitute brand may damage the printer and using something other than Canon would void the warranty on the printer. I wish the brand names were less expensive but I'd rather pay more than risk ruining my printer so I'll continue to buy the brand name that is made to be used for whatever brand of printer I have.
