Not Working
The product came with no working capacity.I unboxed it and pressed power button, nothing happened, then i plugged the charger and charged it for like 2 hours then again pressed the power button. Nothing happened! This is terrible and waste of time and money. They don’t even have a refund policy and this seller is scamming people by sending trash which is left out in his stock. Every penny matters so just look for something else

Use & throw product
I used it once & found it very useful & value for money, but I was wrong as when I tried using again, it lost its charge & so I kept it for recharging using its usb cable. I found that it is not charging. I also tried changing usb cables, but no use....Hence this product seems to be of "One Time Use". I showed to my electrician friend. He termed it as a "Toy". I would luv to receive a refund if possible. Would suggest to avoid buying such product.

Can not clean big areas
Can clean small area, but not the bigger area like the rail for sliding door or window.For me, it's of no use.

The media could not be loaded. Not charging at all… discharging for 1 hr.. no suction power…
