Great book. Explains big datain a simple yet detailed way. I would recommend this book.

Bought as a textbook for a graduate course. Well researched and informative. However, the many typos and grammatical errors were distracting.

I purchased this in preparation for teaching a graduate-level course on this subject. Some useful information but emphasis on "General Management Perspective" in the title.

This book was awful. This book had many typos and grammatical errors. Also this book was very repetitious. This book was organized and difficult to understand. The author goes off on my tangents providing several fictions case studies.A traditional textbook would be a better option than this book. DO NOT PURCHASE.

The actual content is decent, unfortunately half the pages fell out of the book due to poor/cheap binding. It would be one thing if it was an old book but it's practically brand new.
