I took two of these chairs to a concert at The Greek Theater and sat in the lawn. I'm 6'1" and purchased the tall one. I wrapped it around my poster tube, went through TSA, and flew for 3hrs both ways without an issue. I carried it for hours before and after the concert with the strap to my poster tube. I will be taking this chair with me any time I go outside and need a place to sit. As long as I didn't put more weight on one seat back rod than the other I was perfectly stable. Dirt brushes off of it. With the adjustable straps I can sit straight up or lay back and just chill. If there is something behind me to put my head on I can fall asleep. Due to the quality of the materials I'm pretty sure I'll have this for the rest of my life.

I purchased this extra-high back version because I need extra back support when sitting on benches/curbs/stairs. It is quite a bit more comfortable than not having it at all. It rolls up, and stays rolled up with the included wrap-around clasp. It is light-weight and seems to be reasonably well made.

Love the chair. It completely altered the quality of my recent backpacking trip. I'm 6'3" and weighed 260 on the trip. it's comfortable, supports my back, rolls up tight and is light,... But it weighs 24 ounces, not 10.4. See the picture. Still a great product that does what it is supposed to do. It would be five stars, where it got for the error on specifications.

I have used Crazy Creek chairs since they came out in the 80's. This particular design seems the beefiest I've tried - two years of living out of my small camper mini-van using this product most eveings and mornings when prepping food and enjoying sunsets. Rolls up nicely and is light enough for backpacking. So much easier to use than any of the camp chairs that use aluminum struts/feet. Fits in an expedition sea kayak and doesn't mind salt water.

Finally replaced old ones with high back. Even more comfortable.

False advertising. I can't speak to the quality of the chair. I did not use it. Upon arrival I weighed it. It weighs 25OZ. The product descriptions says .56 Lbs (~ 9 OZ). So...it weighs nearly 3 times as much as they advertise.

This may be a bit overpriced but it literally saved my butt!! Brought it hunting during third rifle in Colorado. We got a foot of snow and single digit temps most days. It was light, easy to deploy and to pack up, and was a great separation and insulator from the snow. I’m 250 lbs and 6’3” and it had no problems. I have some back issues and it was easy to adjust to keep me upright on weird slope angles. My hunting buddy also got one and lost it and was really sad. He told me I was silly for buying this, but then was really bummed when he lost it.

Excellent quality. Easy to use, and the little bit extra length in the back makes all the difference when you're a bit taller. A bit bulkier than the normal size, but worth it. Waterproof, sturdy material. I've sat on a creek bank made of flint soaking my feet and had a dry butt and not a scratch on the bottom of the chair. You can use it for a 3/4 sleeping pad, as a splint for an arm or a leg, kneeling pad, etc... I take it every where. I can understand those who have a bit of difficulty finding the right knack of sitting in one, but once you do, it's the most comfortable thing ever.

A small blow up cushing pad wouldn't add much weight and would make this more comfortable just on the part where you put your weight possibly with velcro to hold it in place so it gets four stars. The rest is good but not as good as I thought it would be with all the hype

Perfect for backcountry camping! My husband is tall- 6’4”, and nothing ever fits him. This long back chair fits him and he’s comfy! It rolls up small and we attach these to the outside of our backpacks. I’m 5’2” and I got the regular sized one and while I love it if I could go back and reorder, I’d get this one because it’s feels luxurious lol. Highly recommend! And well worth the money
