I have just started using this supplement as an aid for sleep, muscle and heart support. Iike that it is vegan, and a good value for the price.

Can't remember why specifically I picked this brand (probably just price vs prime vs how fast it can get here). I have been taking them for detoxing off subuxone, and this has made the process so easy. I haven't really had restless legs or any of that stuff, and I am generally a skeptic if supplements work or not. Can't argue with the results, 3 weeks off, been sleeping fine, feeling better, gotta be legit magnesium. :) None of that cut stuff.
