This tube was not completely filled and when frozen half of the tube was empty.

Ineffective and overpriced. It is a plastic bag filled with colored water inside. Therefore, once it becomes ice, can not be worn for more than 2minutes. Manufacturing cost should not be more than 3Rs.

Started leaking fluid the very first day.... totally a waste.

High quality and durable. Keeps cool

I got 3 for my friend who does delivery and she said it saved her from passing out during the summer time. 2 for my mom, who works in the kitchen, in front of thw grill. She loves this neck cooler. 1 for myself, which later on I gave it to my co-worker who works in front of the grill. 1. Easy to clean! Just wash it under running water. Handsoap if oily. 2. Exterior is soft and squeeshy, but sturdy enough to prevent bursting or leaking. 3. Freezes super fast. Just throw it in the freezer for like 15 minutes and it's ready. 4. Once frozen, it doesn't stick to your skin. The smooth surface prevents from that happening 5. I never got cold burn from this product. So it is safe to use.

Does not stay cold for long and is a bit uncomfortable

I struggle with temperature dysregulation due to chronic illness and this neck ice ring is so useful! It freezes quick and stays cool for a good amount of time. Doesn’t produce a lot of condensation so your clothes don’t get wet. I’ve regularly used mine for a few months and it’s still in great shape. Will be buying more.

In the 100+ heat of Texas summers, these neck coolers are SUPER effective—if you wear multiples of them at once and change them out every 1/2 hour. I began using them on hour-long walks in the heat, wearing 3 of the smaller versions and carrying 3 others in a freezer bag to switch to after 30 minutes. (They're not heavy.) Since then, I've found 2 jumbo versions work just as well as 3 smaller ones—on walks or doing yard work. For me, these are the first—and only—cooling mechanisms that actually work in very high heat. The most important point is that investing in multiples of these is well worth the cost if you want protection from dangerous summer heat. Wearing 1 doesn't do much, but wearing 2 or 3 WORKS.
