I feel the hole could be slightly larger to prevent slipping off ulnar protrusion.

The idea of all is good but the velcro and it can't stay in place are a few things that need to be improved to make a good product

It works great for me. It’s comfortable and not very restrictive.

This brace is supposed to provide support for TFCC in the wrist. The donut ring in this item is supposed to encircle the end of the ulna, keeping the brace in place. Great idea, but it doesn't work. It stays put for around an hour, and then starts wandering to other parts of the arm, where it stops providing support for the TFCC.
