My uv lamp will not turn on and theres no directions on how to restart it or anything

Is there any way to get an exchange for the UV nail lamp? It is unable to turn on. I have tried waiting 10 seconds from plugging in to turn it on. I have checked multiple direct outlets (no power strip) and even tried an outlet at a friends house. It keeps flashing.

Why do all of my polishes have fibers like in a cotton ball? I did not even use a cotton ball to remove my previous gel polish?

This is not the case with my polish, something might be wrong with yours

How is this brand and how is the quality?

I've been really impressed with the brand and quality. It's lasted much longer than my other kit from Walmart. I've been able to hand wash dishes without them chipping.

Can this UV light be used to cure any brand gel polish?

Normally it drys beetles base coat in 10s, drys beetles color coat in 30s, drys beetles top coat in 10s, drys beetles poly gel in 120s. Please note that the drying time vary based on gel polish brand. If you use other brand gel polish, we are not sure how long the curing time is. Please understand.
