When open the seal was half open. I popped one capsule and there was bitterness taste before capsule dissolves and capsule is packed with cotton ball. Is this normal. I feel it’s normal

I originally got this product to help with my liver and kidneys. It's the first time I've taken Tudca. I have experienced no negative side effects. The bottle is packaged well and the capsules are an easy to swallow size. I can taste a little bitter when I put them on my tongue. That's a good thing. Bitter is for cleansing and that's what I want to do. I would have to take this product for three months to really feel the full effect, but so far the experience has been good.
