The scanner worked really well at first it didn’t read anything, but that wasn’t the scanner. It was my network on my bus. Once I resolved why it wasn’t reading i.e. an internal add-on device inside the bus the scanner read great and was able to clear codes and narrow down the issues with my bus. I’m still working on it, but I believe the scanner tool is helping greatly reduce work to narrow down the problem.

Awesome product and shipping

I have a 2020 Freightliner cascadia with a dd13. This product does NOT clear the codes for the after treatment. And you can not force a regen until the codes are clear..... There for.... You are still S O L

Worked great. Good instructions. Easy to use.

Purchased to scan the codes on a 94 Cummins N14. And was successful able to read codes, diagnose the issue, and clear codes. The tool was very straightforward and easy to use. The screen was bright and very easy to read. Attempted to hook it up to a 99 pick up truck and was not able to connect using the generic OBD-II function. It shows it has an OBD function that might work on vehicles before OBD-II. Overall. It did the job I purchased it for. I do not advise purchasing as a car scanner. Which is misleading from the description

Every scanner I've ever seen has had the ability to clear error codes, so you can see if the code was a "glitch" that isn't happening again, or a problem that really needs fixing. While this scanner does an excellent job in scanning and analyzing the condition of the engine, it DOES NOT clear error codes. The Check Engine light was on, so I purchased this scanner and ran the analysis. It provided a readout that indicated the sensor in the coolant reservoir was not working correctly. So I tried to clear the code to see if it would return. The scanner said it had indeed cleared the code. But when the engine was started, the Check Engine light was still illuminated. I used the scanner to run another analysis, and sure enough, the same error code was displayed. So I cleared the code again, and the scanner confirmed on the display screen that it was cleared. But.... again, the Check Engine light was on, and another scan displayed the same error code. So I contacted Ancel support. They said that the code couldn't be cleared until the part was replaced. (Makes no sense at all.) So, I replaced the part. And guess what? The Check Engine light is still on, and the scanner is displaying the same error code as before, even though the part was replaced. I tried clearing the code again, a few times, and still nothing. So basically this scanner has not helped resolve the issue, and it doesn't seem to have the capacity to clear codes, under any circumstances.

Good scanner

I have a 2007 14 liter Detroit series 60 that I have been chasing a check engine light that has been coming on and off for months. Purchased this scanner and literally within 5 minutes I had the problem solved. 1st the low coolant sensor was bad but I had already replaced it so I just had to clear the fault code. 2nd I had a bad ABS sensor on the right side of the steer axle. The actual reading from this scanner said" axle 1 right side " This tool is well worth the money and very easy to use. I had read many different articles and watched many different videos on the " ECU 128 " code but had no success. In my case I had fixed the problem by replacing the low coolant sensor but did not realize it because the check engine light still kept coming on but it never stayed on, it would come on and off and always off when I would come to a stop. I had to clear the fault code with the scanner and that got rid of the annoying on and off check engine light. Save yourself time and money and purchase this tool you won't regret it.

It worked exactly as expected right out of the box. It found the codes on my 8.3 litre diesel. I woul,give it 5 stars but I haven't used it enough to do that. All I can say is that I'm totally inexperienced with code readers but it was so easy to use,it worked for me first try with zero issues.
