Be aware the pole handle is worthless
Heads up! The carpet cleaning brush is great but the pole handle not so much. Customers who complained about this issue were correct. It's weak and worthless. It collapsed after using it for an hour. I was able to use my adjustable extension pole in its place. After the quick substitution, it worked like a charm.

Handle collapses
Had and used a handful of times over 6 months. The scrub brush part is great. The handle is a poor design, instead of the connection being a hold and push button, it’s a twist to tighten. It collapses during use. Will no longer tighten, just twists. Used duct tape to hold the pole together.

Game-Changer for Carpet Cleaning!
I absolutely love this carpet brush! It's sturdy, easy to grip, and does a fantastic job pulling up dirt, and getting rid of the stain. The bristles are firm enough to be effective without damaging the carpet fibers. I used it on some high-traffic areas and couldn't believe how much cleaner the carpet looked.

It's just a brush!
This "tool" didn't work at all to lift any dirt or stain. Besides that, essentially it's just a brush on a stick, so why so expensive?? It was also hard to push around on carpet. My bad for falling for it. I purchased a rubber "broom" with a more stable, interchangeable wooden handle that works better than this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I'm returning for refund.

Excellent Carpet Brush!
I have used this carpet brush for almost a year. I am so impressed with it. It is an excellent product! So easy to use and the long handle is a back saver! The two brush settings are an awesome feature. I highly recommend it!

Great!
Really good, nice rolling wheels, tough bristles. I bought this to scrub a rug (with running water, outside on my deck). I was pretty impressed. Took one star off because the top of the handle falls off, makes the rest of it look cheap.

Should have read/believed the comments. First go handle doesn't stay locked in place. Second use handle snapped. $90 wasted. So disappointing
