I’ve been using this toothpaste consistently and I really like how gentle yet effective it feels. The mint flavor is clean and refreshing without being overpowering, which I appreciate, especially first thing in the morning. What stood out to me is how well it foams without feeling harsh. Since it’s fluoride-free and doesn’t contain SLS or other common irritants, my mouth feels clean but not dry or irritated afterward. My teeth feel smooth and my breath stays fresh for hours. If you’re looking for a more natural-leaning toothpaste that still gives you that “just brushed” clean feeling, this is a great option. I’ll definitely keep this in my routine.

Wow Great feel after brushing Foamy Good size I like that has less toxic ingredients than most toothpaste. It looks like any toothpaste - white. Good value for money Good flavors as well

When I found Himalaya Botanique I was pleasantly impressed and happy that I finally found a toothpaste that I could get on board with as far as clean and safe ingredients and the feeling fresh factor was also big for me. This is the best toothpaste I have come across, so far, I have tried the peppermint and spearmint, and they are both great and I feel safe giving this to my husband to use for his daily toothpaste and I feel safe using it as well. I recently discovered that many mainstream toothpastes that are on the market today have a known carcinogen in it this is called "Titanium Dideoxide". I am happy to say that this toothpaste DOES NOT contain that awful ingredient. After my husband was diagnosed with cancer for the 2nd time, I quickly went through all the items in our bathroom & home and went on a rampage of researching and replacing many of our everyday items such as our toothpaste. I tried many different ones on the market at big box stores or grocery stores that I had thought and was always led to believe were good for you. Only to find out that many did not have clean or good ingredients in them and many of them that claimed to be clean ingredients did not taste good or make my mouth and breath feel and smell fresh. My mind was blown that for years we all have been using toothpaste with "titanium dioxide" which is not safe for us I thought to myself how is this ok...no wonder why so many people get sick with cancer or many other issues such as endocrine disrupters and I am sure the list goes on and on...how is the FDA letting these companies get away with this!? Good alternative if you are looking for a clean toothpaste. Flavors are good. Dental he ups are good.

Good stuff. Minty and clean feeling. Better ingredients. 4.5 stars. I don't know if we're allowed to make direct comparisons, but I will say that compared to our usual "splurge" toothpaste (rhymes with "Dom's of Spain") I still lightly prefer the competitor - but not by much - they're very similar. My wife questioned why the hint of "foaming agent" was needed. For me, it would come down to price. This was a little cheaper than our usual, so I decided to give it a try. Both are good. And the packaging is amusing - it's so nice, it almost seems like an artisan gift! You could almost put one in your significant-other's Christmas stocking if they didn't take it the wrong way! :)

I chose this toothpaste because doing some research on other main brands such as Crest and sensodyne that are highly suggested by Dennis I found out that there's a lot of foreign chemicals in them that are bad for your teeth and gums. I chose this particular brand because one of the things that mentioned was all natural and silicate free which is the stuff that causes bacteria to run rampant in your mouth. As far as the quantity it's very good because it's very foamy and if you've used just a small amount on your toothbrush it'll last you for an entire brush so I still have a whole tube and a half left. As far as winding I couldn't really tell you if it works cuz my teeth were white prior to usage but I can tell you that it makes you feel refreshed afterwards when you use it. Unlike a lot of main brand toothpaste it doesn't leave that nasty alcohol aftertaste that you get from those toothpaste and if you do happen to swallow a little bit it doesn't make you feel sick afterwards. I find this a good remedy to anyone who's trying to take better care of their teeth or is having teeth issues and doesn't want to use the nasty main brands that cause these problems. The size is pretty fair for the price you're paying and I got two for about 20 bucks came pretty quickly so I can't lie I will definitely be using this again down the road when I run out.

Himalaya Botanique Complete Care has been a really nice change of pace from regular toothpaste. The texture foams just enough to feel like it is doing a thorough job, and the more natural ingredient list is a big plus if you are trying to avoid harsher chemicals.

LADIES PSA**** I have always felt like toothpaste never helped brush my teeth. Like they never felt clean. Iykyk. I’m 31 and just found out that of course toothpaste doesn’t consider women and our ph. Regular toothpaste isn’t formulated for our fluctuations in acidity. I bought this on a whim two years ago. I’m still using it till this day. This is the only product I will never run out of. It will always stay stocked. It actually makes my mouth feel clean and no bad coffee breath. It doesn’t sting and isn’t too strong. The quality of this product is amazing. It never separates or has a different consistency. Some natural products tend to do that. But this always has a consistent color and freshness. I can’t get enough of this toothpaste and I try to always tell my female friends! AND AS A PLUS THE PACKAGING **** my crafting girlies get it lol I keep the box for arts and crafts! Lol or to reuse for gifts <3

Enfin un dentifrice 100% naturel et sans FLUOR efficace. Je le souligne. Pourtant j'en ai essayé des chers des moins chers en gel avec de micro billes ect... mais aucun n'alliaient le rapport qualité prix et l'aspect sans fluor et 100% naturel... même l'emballage m'a blufflé tout carton recyclé ! Le goût menthol tient longuement. Le tube fais 175g soit le double de celui que l'on peut acheter en boutique bio pharma ou GMS. Je vais en rachetr pour toute la famille.

On s’attend à quelque chose d’extraordinaire vu la description mais malheureusement c’est pas ça. Les goûts ne sont pas très prononcés sauf celui du menthol

Best “healthy” toothpaste ever. The cinnamon is amazing if you’re not a huge fan of mint. Might feel a little of soap flavor a few minutes after brushing.
