Everything
I use this on chicken, pork and my husband put it on steak too. Adds sweet flavor. Also put season salt on the steak with it. Season salt lightly chicken and add this and cinnamon let set to marinate before baking for a couple hours and it really soaks in. Pork is amazing! Pork chops and applesauce all in one! Cinnamon is good mixed in too.

Good Stuff
I soak my pork in a brine where I dust the meat lightly with salt, not much is needed, rub it in good then submerge in APPLE JUICE or Cider your choice. This gives a deeper Apple flavor, plenty sugar/sweetness in this rub. It is a good mix of spices .

Yummy
We made the grilled pork chops that this company had a recipe for and it was so good that I had to send a bottle of this to my son, he did the same thing, use the same recipe and loved it. It. So did we. It was so good

Doesn’t taste like apple pie spice at all
I was looking forward using this seasoning to make my apple pie flavored bread, just like the pumpkin pie spice bread… unfortunately there is more of a savory element to this spice and will not work for what I want. The description says it would be great in dessert, it wouldn’t. I’m bummed. And if you read all the other reviews, they say they use this spice on meat, not desserts.
