How to Use your Heat Transfer Vinyl:

1. Just before transfer, preheat your base fabric for 3-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture, Make sure there is no wrinkling around the target area of the garments.

2. When using a steam iron, use a press cloth to avoid direct contact with the HTV film.

3. Know the type of fabric to see if the fabric is suitable for application. And make sure the fabric can withstand iron on temperatures.

4. Heat Press Machine Temperature: 300-320°F(150-160 °C), Time: 5-10 sec, Pressure: about 10 lbs.

5. Please peel off heat press vinyl film after the design fully WARM or Cooling（Suggested that warm peel off).

6. After Transfer, Wait at least 24 hours before washing. Always wash inside-out. Do not dry clean.Do not bleach.

Layers Explanation:

Reflective heat transfer vinyl has 2 layers: 1. Protective clear layer. 2. Reflective dull cutting layer. The middle layer cannot be removed during the weeding. Or the Adhesive layer will stuck the fabric after heating.

Iron on vinyl recommend uses:

Cotton, polyester, cotton polyester blends materials Best on cotton, polyester, or cotton-polyester blends.

Don't use on nylon, velvet, acrylic fabrics, leather, vinyl which will melt and ruin the material.
