I bought this TV box thinking that it was in the same class as Nvidia shield...NOT...There were problems from the beginning in it's interface...Even after the update to software, it is not anywhere close to Nvidia. I kept the box thinking as time goes on future updates would take care of issues that still go on today.On a positive note, customer service was fantastic. I actually spoke on the phone to one of the producers and he was able to talk me through some issues I was having. Picture quality is excellent. The remote was functional. You can record live TV which is the biggest advantage of this TV box....The box works....for IPTV service I would recommend it....For anything else, buy an Nvidia shield.

Problem solved by using server 4. Excellent

The media could not be loaded. Upon opening, box was in rough shape but the buzz box turned on. Fairly spotty remote was able to barely navigate through to the Wi-Fi set up, but the on display keyboard was non-responsive couldn’t type anything in and this is where I stopped and could not get past no chance on resetting device as is simple, customer supports wishy-washy at best if you can get a hold of them save your money Purchase a Roku premium or a Nvidia shield box if you want to get something cool

I had an issue with my unit but it had a very good streaming TV utility. Very fast processing.

The Function of this product is vague at best

I was so excited to get this box but it turned out to be a Huge Disappointment. The refresh rate is really low below 60. Cheap tvs have faster rates better. Picture quality stinks too even on my New 4k TV with all the bells and whistles. Better picture quality by FAR not using this box. When contacting BUZZTV they were rude saying their box will not freeze up. Well it does over and over. Have to unplug power to reset buzz box then plug back in. If you have to send it back to BUZZTV they stick you with a $35.00 restocking fee too. No mention of that before you buy it..
