I have been using the brand for a long time and this accessory is perfect to wear with the 701 vest! I use it to carry drills or tools that need a good holder.

Don’t know why I waited so long to add this to my belt. It keeps my drill hooked in place much better than just on the lip of the bag. If you’re considering it, do yourself the favor and get it.

I was really excited when I picked this up, but after less than 2 weeks of use, the rivets that held the hook onto the rest of the loop just snapped off. I'm really frustrated with the craftsmanship of Diamondbacks clips. I had the same problem with the XL DB sack, except that one has an extra belt loop, and the nail gun loop does not. All they needed was a fixed belt loop that was stitched to the gun loop, and this would have been perfect.

It’s okay doesn’t really keep drill holstered. Drill will fall off if you’re not careful with movement.

It works great for an added belt loop for you’re screw gun on you’re tool belt. The loop took a beating for a good five years before i need to buy a new one. Im an electrician so this thing was getting the gun on it every day for 40 hours a week. Saying that i would and have already bought a replacement one and would do it again in a heartbeat

A friend of mine has a kind of elaborate holster for his drill on his belt. Working on a metal roof install, it was plenty handy, but frankly more than I wanted to spend. This seemed like a cheaper solution, and it works to some extent.The good: it clips right on my tool belt with a sturdy metal cleat. The whole thing is made of a reinforced nylon weave which seems very durable.The less good: it doesn't really grab the drill at all, but allows a hook on the drill to hang off of it. There is no way to fit the nose of the drill into the lower loop - the diameter is too small. So I originally thought I would have to go out and find a hook for my drill which didn't have one, until I took a look in the Dewalt box the drill came in, and found a hook and screw in there, and there was a spot on the drill to mount it. Score!So the drill hangs pretty securely, butt up as in my picture. It's a little awkward to draw, but I don't think will fall off easily. My friends holster held the drill like a gun - super easy to draw. So I guess this is a case of you get what you pay for. I'm OK with this, but will forever have holster envy.

I guess I could just use the clip from the gun and clip it on anything… but I wouldn’t be the cool kid on site if I didn’t have this.

diamondback stuff is top tier stuff. if you've got a 701 get a hangman or two.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!! So easy to pop off the vest , wouldn’t hold power tools properly, what’s supposed to be 2 in 1 tool (power tool and tape measure holster) turned out to be terrible ideas, kept getting in each other waysBought on sale while in school now trying on site return window closed.

Constantly hanging nail gun or impact driver on it very useful if you think you might need this just trust me you do. 10/10 would buy again, that's if I even manage to break this thing in the first place. It is very well built I will probably last a while.Update : rivet will pop on all diamond back clip there's a design mistake. I fixed it with my own rivet and its 100 time stronger diamondback should have made it better.

Literally use it for a 8 hour day and the cheap rivets holding it together broke causing it to no longer be able to get clipped onto anything
