Q: Is there an online user manual? I can't figure out how to switch from Bluetooth mode to the internal memory.

To switch from Bluetooth to internal memory, double click the centre button. The headphones should then tell you that the mode has been switched. Same thing to go back to Bluetooth. Try not to pause even briefly between clicks, keep your finger on the button. Hope that helps

Q: Does this player has random or shuffle?

Long press the volume buttons. A long press to the + button will skip to the next song, and a long press to the - button will go back to the previous one.

Q: does the light stay on when the unit is powered up?
