Great for a beginner!
I bought this Uke because of the star ratings and price. After taking care of aged parents, I learned one of the best ways to keep your brain healthy is to either learn a new language or learn a musical instrument. I bought a mandolin a few years ago, but it was too hard for a complete novice. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money this time on an instrument I may not keep playing. This is a perfect beginner instrument. The bag is cheap, but keeps it dust free. I thought I had problems at first since it didn’t stay tuned, but after playing and tuning for a month or so, it really holds the tuning well, I don’t play hard so I can go a couple days and it remains in tune! I recommend this instrument to beginners wholeheartedly!

Fun for my daughter
My eight year old loves this ukulele! We were able to tune it via youtube video. She's learned several songs. It hasn't been regulated to the toy chest, so that is a big win!

super late )):
the ukulele itself is great, but she didn’t come with a case ): the box was a little beat up and was almost a week late.

Perfect Beginner Ukulele.
Let me just start off with the negatives and then tell you why you should get this ukulele anyway. The carrying bag is as flimsy as you’d think it is, the dots marking the frets are a little off center, you can tell where parts have been glued together and aren’t on center, there’s knicks in the body, and the laughable “high quality” sticker in the inside void of a model number tells you this is an instrument to avoid. However, after all of this, I would still recommend this to complete beginners who’ve never touched a ukulele before. I was worried that the complaints about constant tuning were true, but once you’ve tuned it a few times, it actually holds pretty well. Well enough for you to learn.I guess that’s my main point for actually liking this ukulele. I’ve had it for less than a week, and I can already play most open chords and a few songs. I wanted to pay enough money that I got a usable instrument, but didn’t want to make an investment on an instrument I didn’t even know if I’d take to. That’s where this uke shines. It’s only the cost of a cheap night out, and you CAN play and learn on this.I will certainly seek to buy a better quality ukulele when I can, but this one will last until then, and that’s all that matters.

My daughter loves it.
Very pretty color. She uses this at ukulele club at school. No complaints so far.

Action is too high
I bought this a gift for my soon to be eight year old niece and when it arrived I decided to look it over. It is very adorable and the color is inviting but that is where the good ends. There was a painted over chip by the nut which was a disappointment. The reviews say this is great for kids and beginners but this is false. The action is so high that it is painful on adult fingers. I can’t imagine how it would feel on delicate kiddie fingers. If you are buying this uke as a cheap intro and will get a better one if they play it, save your money. This instrument is setting the kiddie up for failure. Spend the extra $20 and get them an instrument that they will play like the Hot Seal Kiwi, Pinapple, Penguin, or Watermelon. They are very cute and playable. I just ordered the penguin for my niece. I’m hoping she’ll like it.And no I was not paid for the Hot Seal endorsement but I did research the heck out of them and decided on it for a first/budget uke.

For the price, amazing quality and sound. Beginners Uke.
The media could not be loaded. I've owned this product for several months now and have decided its time to review it, for the small cost this uke truly packs a punch, it doesn't hold a tune well but that is a given with cheaper instruments, once you tune it, it'll last the day then need re-tuning by tomorrow and thats more than enough time for whatever you need it for, I have personally used this uke in recorded/live songs and the tone quality is astronomical for the price point. For beginners this is a nice way to introduce yourself into string instruments, the gig bag is nylon and dirt-cheap though so if you are traveling long distance I would recommend buying a separate one, lucky for me the studio is in my house. I knocked one star off because of the quality team though, paint started slipping quicker than it should of in my opinion.

Not the greatest quality
The instrument is ok, but the cover is really bad quality, also doesn't not stayed tuned for long. And it did not come with the extra accessories advertised.
