Great at home physical therapy device
I found this quite handy for the different stretches my physical therapist had me doing for hip, knee & foot pain. For the plantar fasciitis, I prefer to stand on a step & stretch the foot downward as opposed to using the band for it, but my PT swears that there’s value in doing both of those stretches—sitting & stretching with the band & standing & stretching on the step.Overall a very useful device. I do wish the loops were padded so it would be more comfortable on my fingers while doing all that pulling.

ok product - there are better ones out there
used for post knee surgery PT. Foot hold is not very good, could have had better design. cheap build quality - not sure how it will last

Helps a little
It has helped with some heel pain, but now the balls of my feet are sore from the pressure from the fabric pressing during stretching. Just can't win
