The product seems good.
I did order this laptop from Amazon..but unfortunately, They sent me a opened product which was really bad. I replaced my product for now. I will soon receive it and i will edit this review as i get it. Initial thoughts on build quality is good. The boot up time was good too.

Defective product delivered as new. Poor customer support
Old refurbished product with dead battery and defective fan packaged as a new product. HP customer support and their authorised technicians have been stalling and not recalling the product or repairing the same under warranty. Customer service manager based in bangalore is unapologetic and daring me yo visit the consumer forum.

Great storage option of 1TB
Great storage option of 1TB not available in most of the devices. Very fast charging and long battery life.

Wastage of money
Vertical line appearing on display, hanging,fast battery drainage even after just 8-10 hour use in a week.When visit the hp support system the ask serial no and when i entered serial no then a pop error occurred "please enter a valid serial no" and same thing happened when their was battery issue.
