I've had the opportunity to attend several of Dave's training sessions on Leadership and each time walk away with something new that I learned. While face-to-face training sessions offer some great discussion items, I find that most of the time people, including myself leave charged up, but then slowly fade. What I like about the book, Leadership Redefined, is that I have a manual to keep with me and refer back to on a regular basis when I need to be reminded to "Exchange Non-Essentials". You will learn more about this "X" and many others in the book that can be applied to every aspect of your life. This book is an easy read filled with stories from Dave that help illustrate his thoughts in a way that is simple to understand. I think you'll find after finishing the book that you'll be a better employee at work, but more importantly a better parent, spouse, friend, and person.

Dave Weber's Leadership Redefined is a refreshing new take on leadership. He explains and coaches the reader through each of the 12 steps by offering several ways to accomplish each step. The book is very interactive with surveys, quizzes and activities to help clarify points. His stories help to make his advice personal and relevant. I especially like untraditional definition of a leader as anyone who has influence. I recommend this book to everyone because we are all accountable.

Dave Weber's new book builds on his prior and extensive work in the field of developing leadership across a broad spectrum--industry, community, education--leaders of all ilks. His literary style, like his message, is clear, fresh and meaningful. Dave has a way of getting to the heart of the matter and this book is a prime example. It focuses on the essentials and motivates authentic leadership at all career levels and in one's personal life as well. This is more than a one time read. It is a guide that the reader will refer to often and apply to their own leadership journey.

Dave Weber did a fantastic job illustrating the importance of being a leader in any position! I would recommend this book to everyone from a CEO to a receptionist and guarantee it will have a great impact. What an eye opener to see the little things in my life that can effect the world around me. This is a book that I will read again and again and again!!
