Easiest replacement ever! Good as oem if it isn't. It's an exact match on my 2015 optima ex. Just snap on and press firmly. Done!

Fits perfectly! Very easy to install. Comes “with” the brackets attached. You do need to remove a thin film of plastic. The old brackets needed removal before installation. Amazon offers at a reasonable price. Kia dealer quoted me twice the expense for cost of the part, price plus installation!
