First, on price. I can save you time in trying to figure out the crazy pricing in the ketones world. Nutricost per gram is cheaper than any other brand I have found on Amazon. Not only that but they give you 20 serving where the other sellers are 10-15!Second, I did a lot of research. Think mountains and then expand to the size of a planet! That is how much research was involved as ketones are quite mysterious to everyone first looking into them. The reason being is the amount of misinformation out there AKA "Dead Ends" is quite significant!For instance, you will hear that this makes you lose crazy amounts of weight. This fixes everything and makes it taste just right. The KetoCaNa seems to have a bit more citric acid than it needs, so it has enough to buffer the blend with the Nutricost.On dosage:You only need 1/2 Tbsp in 2 oz of water for a single effective dosage, and it works in only 5 to 10 minutes to effectively suppress appetite cravings. As far as this product is concerned, it tastes okay. I'm just not convinced that it is worth spending any money on, much less $50! I gave in to impulse and bought these thinking that I could use them for the occasional slip from ketosis. I thought that by taking this I could just pop myself right back into ketosis and be right back on track if I ate or drank something to knock myself out of ketosis. Well? Not exactly. This product does cause you to urinate ketones so that if you check your status on a ketone strip you would THINK you were actually in ketosis. Actually, you may be - for about an hour. That's it. It's that whole "Miracle in a Bottle" facade. Just eat a ketogenic diet, utilize your MCTs to help and if you have that occasional glass of wine just deal with it and get back on track yourself! And PLEASE don't think that you can eat more carbs and this will somehow magically over ride that dietary misstep. It simply doesn't work that way. Don't let the hype of these BHB products make you go out and spend money on products that really don't do anything to enhance your ketosis state. A ketogenic diet is work. It isn't easy or everyone would be skinny! I will say this, after taking this product my energy was through the roof for the next couple of hours!

Flavor was a bit off. I mix it with BCAAs or an electrolyte mix to offset. Otherwise, I would recommend the product.

I had a couple of sips and I immediately ran to the bathroom to vomit out everything I ate. It had a strong and horrible artificial sweet taste and it made me feel sick for the rest of the day

It works!!! Im finally in ketosis and have already lost 8lbs in 5 days!!! In addition to using the ketone salts, im following a very strict keto diet of no more than 20 carbs a day. And I love the taste! I combine the ketone salts with bcaa and mct oil and its very palatable. Got 50 lbs to lose so I will be sticking with it!!! 😉

Compared to all the other BHB salts out there this one is a steal. The same ingredients are in every other bhb product out there but you get more than half the servings in this and at a way cheaper price.

Has not raised my ketone levels at all and i'm fat adapted. Also has a weird unsettling taste that mildly upsets my stomach that makes me uncomfortable.
