Nice Soft Sheen Finish
This stuff worked great on sealing painted rocks. It's easy to apply. You basically hold the can about 10 inches away from the object, point and spray. It puts on a nice protective layer and dries fairly quick, too. There was no build up at the nozzle and it sprayed easily each time it was used. It dries with a nice soft sheen look. It's a tad bit pricey at $7 for 6 ounces but I did use it on probably 40ish rocks over several painting sessions and still have a little bit left in the can.

Works great
I dont know a lot about art and painting, I just like doing it. So im just gonna leave my videos and pictures so you can judge the finishing og the sealer. For me it looks nice, great coverage with just a bit of spray, leaves no texture and looks glossy. Definitely fast drying.

Great sealant
Strong smelling, but very durable sealant. Used them on stone coasters that I laser engraved.

Great option for anyone looking to add a glossy finish to their crafting projects.
Aleene's 26412 Spray Gloss Finish is a 6 oz acrylic sealer that is perfect for adding a glossy finish to a variety of surfaces, such as paper, wood, metal, and more. Here are some of the key features and my thoughts on them: Glossy Finish: The spray provides a clear, glossy finish that enhances the color and texture of the surface it is applied to. This makes it a great option for adding a professional and polished look to craft projects, such as scrapbooks, photo albums, and frames. Versatility: The spray can be used on a variety of surfaces, including paper, cardboard, wood, metal, plastic, and more, making it a versatile option for a range of crafting and DIY projects. Easy to Use: The spray is easy to use and dries quickly, providing a smooth and even finish. It can be applied in multiple thin layers to achieve the desired level of glossiness. Durable: The acrylic sealer provides a protective layer that makes the surface resistant to moisture, fading, and damage. This makes it a great option for sealing and protecting outdoor signs, posters, and other projects that will be exposed to the elements. Overall, Aleene's 26412 Spray Gloss Finish is a great option for anyone looking to add a glossy finish to their crafting projects. Its versatility, ease of use, and durability make it a valuable addition to any crafter's toolkit.

Good
I used this on some porcelain ornaments I painted. It adds a nice shine and seals them perfectly. It's easy to use and adds a nice durable coating. This works well by using several light coats and not a heavy layer.

Sealed and ready to frame.
Works well with my acrylic paintings. It’s good for protecting my artwork. Does it come in mat finish? It adds shine to my work which is often desirable, I’d also tlike a more mat version.

Reliable Gloss Finish for All Kinds of Crafts!
I’ve been using Aleene’s Spray Gloss Finish for a few months now, and it’s become a go-to in my craft supplies. Whether I’m sealing painted rocks, polymer clay, paper crafts, or even small wood projects, this acrylic sealer does the job beautifully. The gloss finish is just right — not overly shiny, but enough to give a nice polished, professional look. It dries clear and doesn’t yellow over time, which is super important for preserving color integrity on art projects. I’ve used it on both light and dark surfaces with great results. Application is easy, but here are a few tips: shake the can really well, and spray in light, even coats in a well-ventilated area (preferably outdoors or with a mask). It dries to the touch fairly quickly — usually within 15–20 minutes — and cures fully after a few hours.
