These wedges work well for my type of squats. They are stable and do not slip. You can adjust the height by removing or adding wedges, they come in three pieces. As other reviewers have mentioned, they do smell strongly of rubber tire when you first remove them from the package. I let them sit out overnight and the smell went away. These are a nice, inexpensive alternative to using weight plates or pieces of wood to raise your heels up.

I like that they are stackable and moveable. Work well with Squats and toe lifts and your feet don't slip. I would highly recommend.

These are nice wedges. Easy to adjust height. Pretty heavy in the gym bad so be aware of that. The STRONG rubber smell does minimize after time but still lingers.

I'm 63 year old female weighing 122 pounds and these were an inexpensive alternative to some other really expensive equipment. I love that I can transport them to the gym since my gym doesn't have a slant board. They work great and should last a long time.

It smells bad like chemical farts, but they are effective and dense. That said, it's 6 stackable wedges. They are nice and dense and work well for weighted squats, calf raises, etc. There is good grip and wedges are usable and stackable.

Pricey but good

As others have mentioned, the smell of this product is absolutely awful. Absolutely overpowering right out of the packaging. I have them airing out outdoors right now before I start using them. They seem very sturdy and functional. I just hope the smell will dissipate, because seriously, it makes me retch.

The stack style of the wedges is excellent and they do not shift nor slide around on the floor or on top of each other. Well worth the money. They are pure rubber so of course they smell like it. I’m sure this will dissipate with time. I don’t like logos on my items, but they did not paint them on these wedges so it’s all good. I care more about the function and these are excellent for attaining a deeper squat and great for stretching your calves as well.

Wedges themselves are great because they have enough weight that they don’t slide around like other brands. However this weight means that the drawstring bag they come in is broken and cannot be fastened closed

Met expectations, used by both myself just over 5ft and hubby over 6ft and twice my size without any issues.

These are very sturdy. After washing, they don't smell at all. Using these for lifting my heels when I squat, and for stretching my calves. Also works really well as a doorstop.

Useful set with adjustable heights by splitting the blocks. If you need wedges for squats at home this is a good solution. They are somewhat small than you might find in a gym but work just as well, easy to store out of the way. They do have a bit of a rubber smell but nothing to really be bothered about.
