Use it every night!
I spray this on my pillow and teddy bear at night before sleeping. It smells so good and relaxes me. I only use three sprays at night and this bottle lasted me almost a whole year. Get it, it will calm your nerves!

Bad and strong smell
The smell doesn't resemble lavender at all, it's too bad and strong to be used before bed. I didn't like it, and I gave it to someone else.
