Helps color stay where it is put.
I know this product is made for the eyelids but I use it for priming eyebrows. It helps my penciled in brows to stay.

I prefer the previous version of this eye primer. It is translucent as advertised. It does not provide a neutral base for application of eye shadow.

Works well
Works on eye lids as well as around lips to prevent feathering of lipstick!!! Highly recommend! I love all Blinc products!

This product is very chalky... not smooth for easy application. I'm not sure if I just got an old one, or if they are all that way. I do not recommend this product
