Works Perfect with iPad Pro
Needed something longer than the Apple provided cable for my bedroom. This 4ft cable did the trick. It's well made and works perfectly with my 30w fast charger.

Very good, but not quite perfect.
One of my biggest complaints about cables of any sort is the cable itself (maybe that goes without saying?). It's usually either that rubbery feel that tears or rips easily, or it's some sort of braided thing that's too bulky and not bendy enough for ease of use.So the Belkin MIXIT DuraTek Kevlar USB-C cable (seriously, what's with the naming conventions these days?) is easily the best USB Type-C cable I've used - for its VERY specific purpose - , and I stress tested this thing HARD since I received it. I mean, I've beaten on this thing, wrenched it around purposely to try and break it at the connections or down the cable itself, and nope - it's a rock. The box says it's designed to withstand 5,000+ bends of 180 degrees. That's a lot of intense bending! But let's get back to that "specific purpose" business. Here's the thing. Hidden away in the product description is the info that this only supports 480Mbps, which means it's NOT a USB 3.1 cable. It's therefore surprisingly a USB 2.0 cable in terms of data transfer. It DOES, however, support up to a decent 3A charging, so that's good, and likely why the box description says it's for Samsung, LG, HTC, Google, Huawei devices. You don't need faster than 480Mbps (~60MB/s) for a phone/tablet. Still, it does beg the question why this cable, given how much it costs, is not a USB 3.1 implementation. Peculiar. That said, for what the cable IS, it's excellent. It's perfect for your new Galaxy S8 or Nintendo Switch (with a USB Type-C charger), and as long as you're not expecting USB3 transfer speeds when moving data, you'll be set.4 stars out of 5. Most of the way, but not quite.

This is definitely a superior product - there are plenty of products available in this space but this will last forever.
This is a superior product - there are plenty of products available in this space but this will last forever :)I only have one product in the house that uses a USB-C cable and the dog had chewed it up, so this arrived at the right time for me.Not only does the cable do exactly what it is supposed to do, but it is the cable casing that causes so much confidence in the product. The connection when it plugs in is smooth and decisive, immediately delivering whatever you need, either data or power.I am very much into home theatre, and I always remember my first introduction to Monster cables. They were such a strong departure from the cheaper cables I had always used before that. This is like the monster cable of USB cables. The strength of its casing lets you know this cable just might outlast you. These days USB charge, or data cables, (in my experience) have roughly a 1-4 year life span. What I believe we are looking at here with the belkin, is a number closer to 3-7 years because of the construction quality of the connection components, and the cable with its housing. If you would rather just buy one cable that is going to last, instead of the cheaper offerings available, then I suggest you select the Belkin MIXIT DuraTek cable with Kevlar :)

Seemed like a solid product but is slow for audio/ video transfer; now I see the reviews stating that it only achieves USB 2.0 speed. If you just want a fancy charging cable it's ok but no good for production. It's on me for thinking all USB-C cables are high speed but just want to warn others.
