My ribs keep moving out of place. My chiropractor suggested a girdle to help with the issue. I also have lower back and shoulder pain. I was looking for something that would help, and the corrective brace came up. I read reviews on all of them that were listed and decided to try this one. I am thankful that I did. It has helped reduce the pain, and now I don't need to see my chiropractor as often. I am getting more sleep since there is less pain. It does make me sweat after a while. I use it every day, but only for a few hours—no more than about five at a time.

I bought because I have bad posture and causing lower back pain. It really pulls the shoulders back to help with posture. After wearing for one day I could see the difference in my posture. I feel like if I wear it on and off it will continue to help with my posture. I got the medium and I weigh around 160lbs I feel if I went to a large it would have been to big.

No better than any other posture brace I’ve tried.I will continue my search. I believe exercise is more important for maintaining posture.

I’m honestly loving this. I wear it comfortably for about 3hrs a day. It’s super stylish even, a few people have thought it was a corset so it definitely doesn’t look like a brace. The sizing was perfect and it fits snuggly without being constricting. I’d recommend not wearing it over a lot of layers cause it’s quite thick and not very breathable. The Velcro is soft and not scratchy but holds really well (I’m a nanny and it stays puts through multiple kiddos pulling me around and climbing me.

Got this for my back pain , it’s really a plus and must have , now I can stand tall without tilting. It’s really support my posture, The size is right as well and it’s also. breathable, can be adjusted

Good adjustment on the shoulders and you can set the level of pressure, just make sure to not keep it very tight as can bother and block the blood flow.Suggested to dont wear it for more than 2 hours straight.
