Q: Any advice on using the flexible clip/base so it doesn't fall off the monitor? The back/bottom is so heavy it keeps flipping backwards off my monitor

Have not experienced this problem and have used on both Apple and PC Laptops. The clip probably won't work well on thick monitors.

Q: What is the amount of lumens?

At a distance of 11.81 inches, the light emits a luminous flux of 850 lumens.

Q: How can you tell when it is done charging?

The battery indicator lights on the back of the unit will indicate the battery's charge. When all the battery indicator lights are lit the battery is fully charged.

Q: Do you sell the clip individually?

At this time, we do not offer the mounting clip as a separate item. However, our package includes two types of clips: one small clip and one flexible clip/base with a 1/4" tripod screw hole. With the upgraded webcam-style mount, the light can be securely attached to a laptop, monitor, or any other flat or curved surface.
