I’ve started taking this ADK 10 supplement recently and I’m pretty happy with it overall. It combines vitamins A, D3 (10,000 IU), and both forms of K2 (MK4 and MK7), which is really convenient if you’re looking for a more complete formula without juggling multiple bottles. The addition of olive oil is a great touch to help with absorption since these are fat-soluble vitamins. The capsule itself is a little on the larger side — not giant, but definitely something to be aware of if you usually prefer small pills. That said, it still goes down smoothly and hasn’t caused any stomach discomfort or aftertaste for me. The quality feels solid, and the labeling is clear and easy to follow. Everything looks professionally packaged with no fillers or unnecessary extras, which I appreciate. I also like that it’s vegetarian and non-GMO, which gives a little peace of mind. Very easy pill to swallow, great quality of product

These are great. I take one daily per my cardiologist’s order. You can tell the difference when you take them and when you don’t.

I like the fact that the pill has olive oil to help your body digest the nutrients.

Product was fine and worked as well as the higher costing ADK-5 for less money

I started this brand about 6 months ago. Been taking ADK from other vendors for about 5 years. My D3 levels have in the past stayed low to middle of the range. After finishing my first bottle of this I had my yearly bloodwork done. My doctor called and said my D3 was too high and asked me to stop... So this one definitely works! I now take this every other day and it keeps my levels perfect.

Update: well, they WERE a great price for a great product, then they jacked the price up by almost $12/bottle!! They lose 2 stars for doing that. I'll be looking for another brand now. So disappointed. Original review: At $18, these are half the price of Bio TE ADK10 supplement. Seems to be the same components as the brand name alternative and is working fine for me so far. Will update if anything changes.
