Zatoichi: The Blind Swordsman Complete TV Series Collection 1 & 2

I have seen all 100 episodes. Would have been nice to see some of the episodes from when he was younger, middle and later directing style. Great quality, but some of the best episodes were not included, pity.

I got my series which i was very happy to see all the discs. Ive seen the series before so when i saw it i immediately noticed some of the scenes were distorted. What i mean by distorted is the episode wasnt playing in its entirety. For example the opening credits and the ending credits are snubbed off. Goes directly to the episode. That really bothered me because i wanted to have the full experience. Is it a deal breaker no but thats the reason for 4 star not 5.

I didn't know that the ZATOICHI movies series had a T.V. series to go along with the movies series My only complaint I WISH the price was cheaper I will watch this series along with the movies series Thank You

TV Series Zatoichi, man, I love it! The quality isn't the best, that's for sure but I'm not complaining. I have the full box set of Zatoichi, superb quality in all aspects. The TV series seems to be a straight film to video transfer. An hour and a half of content condensed to a 50min show. We'll done. Definitely for Zatoichi fans! I would recommend it if you want to expand your collection.

Disc 2 damaged packaged. English subtitles not working on all dvd’s In player. Only on my computer. Not 13 episodes as advertised only 12 on one set. Falsely advertised. Feel too much trouble to return.Rating 2 stars!
