I used these after a knee replacement. I bought 2 so one could always be in freezer. The were nice and flexible so they molded to my knee. They were the perfect cold. Not too much where it made my knee hurt, but rather removed the pain. Worth the price.

Great ice packs...Great price..work well stay cold long .... Good double sided, soft side, or side that gives more coldness.. They freeze fast and fit more than just your knees can use for many different parts of your body.Just had shoulder surgery and bicep surgery and used them for that area as well

I bought this item for use after recovery from an ACL surgery. Fantastic idea, works perfectly! The straps hold it in place and allow for use even if you have to get up and move. It’s comfortable and easy to use. Great for it’s purpose but can be used for many other things too.

I really like this ice pack knee wrap, it's well constructed, has 2 sides for cold intensity, and large strong velcro wraps. It's large enough for my knee; I'm a 5'11" 205lb rugby player. However, I am taking 1 star off because there is not enough gel in the pack. It should have more so that you don't have to manipulate it into position, or they should have closed off the sections of the pack so it wouldn't migrate. Cold duration is ok, probably about 20 minutes total, and I flip it at about 10 minutes It's absolutely helped me reduce the swelling in my knee joint

This knee ice pack is amazing. It has helped me so much after knee surgery. It gets very cold, and the straps hold very strong.

Game changer! Much easier than trying to use multiple ice packs around your knee. No areas are left uncovered and the straps work so well and are super durable. Wish I would have found these a long time ago!

I have some sort of knee injury happening that I'm still in the process of locking down, but icing has been helping a lot but I can't always go lay down to ice so this SEEMED like the perfect solution so I can sit at my desk and ice without holding the ice pack on my knee. I placed my order on Sept 1, 2025. At first, this worked great. It's double sided so you can use one side for a gentle cooling session or the other side for a more intense cool down which was great when things were especially inflamed. I was using it approximately 5 times in a day for about 20 minutes at a time. I wasn't walking around trying to use it, simply just sitting and keeping my leg still while icing. It provided so much relief. Fast forward about a month and I started noticing the gel is leaking out in spots on the 'felt' (gentler cooling side). I've been storing it as recommended in the bag it came with and again, when using it, I'm not up moving around/causing extra wear, just simply sitting still. When I take it off I do so gently and slowly. Fast forward to today, October 22, 2025 and now the velcro is giving up and not wanting to hold which is frustrating when I'm trying to get it to stay in a specific spot without me holding it. Without the velcro holding it's defeating the purpose of why I ordered this. As much as I want to say I'd order this again, I don't know that I would. With not even 2 months of regular, but not excessive, use it's wearing out and becoming unusable in the way it's intended. I can probably finagle some way to help with keeping the straps secure or even order some other elastic straps that I can work around my other gel ice pack to hold it where I need it. I expected this to hold up a lot longer.

I ordered two of these, and they arrived in record time! They both fit me perfectly and work extremely well. I'm very happy with this product and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Good product

My item did not match the measurements as stated in the product information. It was shorter and therefore did not completely cover the front and back of my knee. My complex meniscus tear is very inflamed, and so it was important for me to have full coverage because I have pain in both the front and back of my knee. Otherwise, I love this product and would recommend it to someone else.
