Does not work
I had one camera from hubble all set up and working but I could not get this camera working and now I'm stuck with a 70.00 paperweight.Update: the company did send me a new camera that works. I did however wait weeks for the replacement.

While it worked, I loved it.
We bought this product when my daughter was 3 months old. It worked great in our apartment. We bought a house and had to set up new internet information on it. The camera initially connected just fine and I was able to see her bed in my phone. Then the same day, it stopped working when I laid her down for a nap. I tried everything in they suggest on their website and app. Nothing work. So I disconnected the camera from my app and tried to add it again but it wouldn’t. It connects to my router but won’t connect to Hubble’s server. The camera literally says “our servers are not responding right now, please try again after some time.” We tried everyday for two weeks. Nothing.After two days, I sent an email to their customer support explaining the situation and received a case number email back which said I should hear from them in 2 business days. After 10 days (7business days) with no response, I emailed them back. Only to receive another case number. It’s been 12 days and have not received any email. They do not have a customer service phone number. So I guess that was $125.00 down the drain ($75.00 for the camera and $50 for the premium subscription)Find something else.

pretty good
it gets the job done but it dose have a habit of over heating and somtimes it thinks when your in the dark that a light is going on and off so it will keep switching which you will hear and the only way to stop it is to complettely un plug it and re plug it back in

Not the greatest
The idea is good. The WiFi tech is VERY lacking. Signal strength next to an AP is bad. Lots of disconnecting and freezing. There is obviously the 5 second lag. Would I buy this again? No but I have already invested into it. Past point of return.

Customer Servce is TERRIBLE (Warranty Nightmare)
I have been working with customer support for over a month to get a replacement unit (The microphone on our camera broke). After lying to me saying that the camera had been sent, there was a follow-up email saying it hadn't and they still don't have inventory of that camera.See parts of email thread below...-Initial Warranty claim on 9/14/2023-Hubble Support (9/25/2023)We expect a new load soon, so it should not take much longer. Do Not Buy
Not worth the money. The camera constantly thinks a light in the room is going on and off so it’s always adjusting to it which in turn makes a clicking noise that will absolutely drive you crazy. The camera will also occasionally get the temperature wrong for the room, the other day it said that it was 157 degrees (obviously it was not). There’s a decent lag between real time and what you see/hear on your phone as well as the camera freezing about every few minutes. Do yourself a favor and do not buy.

Stay away
Do not buy this camera! It never works, and heaven forbid the internet gets restarted then the whole camera is shot. This happened to us, and the camera will not work. Even went as far as deleting the camera and trying to repair it and it won’t even pair. That’s not even talking about the headache of the initial set up when it worked for a moment. Worst process ever. Just save your money and avoid this one and buy an owlet. Will give you better reliability, better picture and a headache free set up. Can’t stress enough to just spend the extra money.

More trouble than it’s worth.
We’ve had this monitor for 8 months. For the first few months it worked fine, other than the app’s notifications being just a ding (no extended alarm, or anything long or loud enough to wake someone). Then, it pretty much stopped functioning altogether. The app is still connected to the camera, so we’ll get notifications, but when we open the app, it says there’s a bad connection and the camera needs to be reset. We’ve reset the camera, rescanned it in the app, deleted the app and redownloaded it, and nothing will get the camera to work again. So, we get notifications, but we can’t see or hear whether the baby is awake and needs us, or just getting comfortable. 0/10 DO NOT WASTE THE MONEY
