Magnesium Glycinate Powder (250 Grams) (Unflavored)

Bad taste but it works well. Bought capsules to help get it down. Tried mixing with different ingredients but it makes everything bitter.

Good magnesium supplement. I don’t like taking pills so this powder is great. Fair warning, it does taste like fish, so if you can’t handle not so pleasant tasting things, this is not for you lol. I just down it, works for me ;)

Arrived in good time and seems to be a fine product. This is the second time I ordered it and try to take it every day by mixing it with water and fiber. It doesn't mix easily in liquid, so I use a frother and it mixes fine. I feel it is a good addition to my health.

I trust this brand and have always been pleased with the quality of its products. Magnesium glycinate is a staple in my daily supplement routine, and this product makes it easy to stay consistent. The large tub size is convenient, and the included scoop makes measuring simple and hassle-free.

Product is easy on my stomach and usually magnesium gives me heartburn. Taste isn't good and smells gross but it helps with muscle cramps, and lessens anxiety. My only complaint is it gives me bad cystic acne breakouts on my neck and body. I am prone to acne but these are far worse than my normal acne and have left some visible scars. I don't know if it's this type of magnesium or this brand but if you are prone to acne you might want to skip this brand. I really wish this magnesium didn't have this side effect on me.

I bought a jar and it was fine. It tasted terrible, but whatever, I can deal with that. I never felt like this was helping, but I know supplements can take time. With that in mind, I ordered another jar, when I was almost out. The second jar arrived. I immediately opened it, and was surprised to see it looked shimmery. The old jar was solid white, not shiny, and very fine in texture. This one looks very sandy. It has what looks like crystal flecks, as well as dark flecks. At first I thought the silica packet had broken, but that was not the case. At this point I’m thinking all products can differ slightly. And it was sealed, so it’s fine, right? The day after I started the 2nd jar, I immediately went down hill… migraines, confusion, nausea, you name it. I was literally too sick and confused to put these two events together. It would be several days before I missed my daily dose, and was able to say holy COW, and understand what was happening. I stopped taking it 3 days ago. I’m feeling better and better everyday. You need to know that they are NOT shipping the same product everytime. This is dangerous as I have severe food and drug allergies. I will probably never know what I actually ingested, but I suggest you find a different product, one that is consistent in production. And yes both taste HORRIBLE!

The taste is ok. Once you take it, you feel sleepy after half hour. Gives you a good sleep taking this. I would definitely rebuy this.

Nutricost Magnesium Glycinate Powder works exactly as expected. It mixes well with other liquids and dissolves easily without leaving a gritty texture. I appreciate the quality and effectiveness of the product, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely purchase it again.

It made me a very bad diarrhea and vomiting feeling

Has a fishy taste, everything I read says this is contamination. I emailed Nutricost and because I bought it through Amazon US they take no responsibility saying this is not one of our partners. Very poor response.

The box was good and the taste was okay, but I felt its effect in the first week after using it. Recovery became fast and sleep was comfortable.
