Hamilton Beach 8 Quart Programmable Slow Cooker with Three Temperature Settings, Dishwasher Safe Crock and Lid, Silver (33480)

This crockpot is absolutely huge and works perfectly. This is a permanent fixture on my counter, it's sleek and durable. The lid fits fine, there's no leakage, and I've used this at least twice a week for 2 months and have had no issues with temperature control or food cooking evenly. One thing to note in case it is important to you, there is not any sound effect or beep when the timer ends, it just automatically switches to warm and starts counting back upwards.

As the title says…this is all you need. Pass on the WiFi junk that breaks. This crockpot is a UNIT. It’s perfect in every way for a crockpot. Only thing better is clay pot and glass lid which gets super pricy and I don’t even think they make them yet in nearly this size. This crockpot rocks!

Ive had a 4 qt. Its good 2-3 people depending what your making. I decided to get an 8qt. OMG tge timer and everything works and works well. The only thing i suggest be home if theres cheese on top because on warm for a few hours can over melt the cheese lol.

Like the large capacity and programmable controls. Great job on 8 pound Boston Butt.

We bought this in 2022 and have used it several times. Once the ingredients get hot and start to boil, this light weight lid will move up and down and drip liquid down the outside of the pot.But it works well--no complaints otherwise.

My previous crockpot had clamps on the lid, which I found to be more secure. However, the lid on this pot stays on just fine while cooking. It is a larger size than my previous 6 QT, which is great for larger meals. It cooks a little hotter, so I just adjust the time to turn off a little sooner. Cleans up easily.

So far we really really like this crockpot. We've had it for a couple months and are 100% satisfied.

This is a good sized unit for making large dinners. It is perfect for families, for those who like lots of leftovers and for others who prefer to freeze amounts for several future dinners. The controls are easy to use and program, the inner part easy to clean (I would let it soak first if necessary) and the stew turned out perfectly cooked. The only thing we noticed was that the outside metal siding got very hot towards the end of the cooking cycle, something we can't recall for sure happening with our old unit. The manufacturer has addressed this by placing high heat warnings around the unit however. This is actually bigger than our last unit so it was a pleasant surprise. I recommend this product.

This is the BEST crockpot. I have had mine for 5 years now, i take it camping, i take it to airbnb’s and use it faithfully at home. It’s great for family dinners, i cook roasts, whole chickens, stews, chili and more. I love that i can set it and if I’m running late, it switches to warm so it doesn’t overcook. Great when travelling all day with the family and come back to dinner being ready to eat.
