I repotted them in these pots and put them in the bathroom. So far so good. If she does knock them over I'm hoping they won't break. I like that they are made specificially for orchids and have a nice aeration system and have a pleasing look to them.

**Q: What kind of soil?**
A: My pots were bought for orchids so I purchased bark pieces along with the pots from Amazon.  I don't know how regular soil would work in them.  Your plants determine what planting material to use.   Hope this helps.

**Q: Is the outer pot solid so it doesn’t leak out water when watered?**
A: yes

**Q: Could this pot be used for self watering?**
A: It is made for Orchids.  It does have a place on the bottom that you can fill with water.  Click on the images and see if it will work for you

**Q: Has anyone used these for nepenthes?**
A: I used mine for 2 small orchids. 3 would overcrowd. Perhaps that helps you with size capacity
