Stainless Charcoal Ash Basket for Large BGE Grill, Charcoal Grill Ash Basket also fits Kamado Joe Classic and Other Similar Grills

I purchased the Stainless Charcoal Ash Basket for Large BGE Grill to replace a thin rusty one that the former owner of my size Large Big Green Egg had supplied. This new one is a lot thicker and more sturdy! It seems to be a good piece of material. I like it, it fits my BGE very well, and for the price it was a great deal!

Fit perfectly and worked great.

Seems like good quality, but it does not fit Kamado Joe Classic II with divide and conquer in place. It will sit on the lower section, and the handles stick up preventing placement of lower grates.

Came quick, works great. Now I can shake the ash out a shop vac my egg clean. Thanks

Fits the Kamado Joe Classic 2 pretty well. It does not interfere with the Divide and Conquer system as another reviewer suggested — see photo.The only thing that would make it better would be if it hugged the walls of the firebox more closely, but alas one cannot have it all.

This basket is excellent and appears to be well made

Great ash basket for my large green egg. Really holds the charcoal in, and it really helps shake the ash off so you can reuse the charcoal for the next cook.
