I'm a pretty hardcore drummer. I mean, I have broken sticks and cymbals playing so hard. I was using a different company's Japanese White Oak 5b sticks and they broke like they were nothing. Someone told me to try hickory Promarks and I laughed because oak wasn't even strong enough. I tried Promark and I have never gone back. I love them! Super strong and long lasting no matter how hard you play. Sticks are made of wood, they will break. But if you want a stick that will take more of a beating then this is the one!

I have tried a few different brands. I fell for Vic's 55A sitcks but, it's just something about a 5B and PROMARK definitely changed my overall thought and feel of the Forward 5B.. thanks

They are the thing they said they were. They serve their purpose and do good at hitting the drum. Kinda lame I'm feeding into anti-union daddy bezos' pockets, but oh well.

Have lasted longer than any other sticks we have bought.

I usually love these sticks and have no issues with them. This time I have no idea what happened. This stick broke after 2 uses of moderate playing. You can feel the roughness in each stick. Only a couple feel very smooth but the others feel so rough it feels like you can even get a splinter by playing with them. It might just be the pack I received because I usually have no issues but I’m a little disappointed this time.
