This magnesium really works !
I have been using another brand of Magnesium Glycinate for over a year to try to help me sleep better and for leg cramps. It helped the cramping but not the sleep. I started taking the Luma Magnesium Glycinate 4 days ago . The first night I slept all night and only woke up 1 time. I figured it was a coincidence, but ever since I have been taking this I have slept through the night ! It’s amazing . I highly recommend this for sleep support and muscle health .

Significant Results
During blood tests, my magnesium levels were significantly low. Since taking this product, the numbers are back where they should be. Fairly large capsules, and I take two. They are unflavored. The results are significant.

Night night
I’ve been taking this now for almost a month and I have to say it knocks me out and keeps me out! I’ve gotten the best sleep. I have tried others with no effect. I am very sensitive when it comes to supplements (ie I can take a 1 mg melatonin and be groggy the next day) so if a supplement has no affect on me, it really has no affect on anyone. That being said, this melatonin at the recommended dosage is more than enough. I may need to take 1/2 a dose. So those people who find it doesn’t put them to sleep may want to consider they need something more than magnesium to get to sleep.
