I use this robot vacuum cleaner almost every day. It handles dirt, dog hair and grime with ease. I've been using it for almost a year and the suction power is the same as it was on day 1. I love that it goes back the doc for self recharge. It handles about 800 sf to white tile in a farm house with one session.

I order a lot of things from Amazon and once in awhile do write a review. But this gift to myself is so incredible that I HAD to do it so that maybe someone else would receive as much help from it as I have. I am going to start out by saying the embarrassing reason that I purchased it. My mostly indoor chocolate lab dog acquired mites from having a tenant with a dog that I was unaware of who had these mites, living on my property, in seperate housing, but sharing the yard with my dog. It has been over 3 years and hard to believe as it is, I have tried everything in trying to get rid of them! I am an RN with a holistic twist and didn't want to cause any toxicity, but literally have spent about 2 hours daily, cleaning he and I, our bedding, floors and all else with only what turned out to be promising results that didn't solve the problem. It has been an unbelievable nightmare! My house was originally built in 1960 and added on to, remodeled, etc., but still has the original longleaf pine floors that have small gaps between the wood planks, as well as saltillo tile in another area. I thought I was cleaning the floors well, using a wet/dry vac to get in the crevices. I couldn't have been more surprised at the amount of dust/mite eggs, larvae, etc. that came up inside the dust container the first time I used it!! And continues to do so. I've had it now about 2 weeks and wouldn't trade anything for it! I think we are fully and FINALLY on the way to conquering these very intrusive tiny mites! The depth and thoroughness in which this great machine sucks out and captures even the dust is truly impressive!! That being said, I gave it 5 stars, which is what it deserves, but there are a couple of drawbacks I have to share to be fully honest. First, the digital aspect of downloading the program was time consuming. Second, I've only tried the mop feature once, but though I could see the trail of water, it didn't clean very deep, will try again. It has a little squeak now, only slightly annoying, but posted a question of how to fix it. Otherwise, it is about perfect with the length of time it cleans, it being so very thorough, very little action needed from me, including the cleaning being easy.. I use my wet and dry vac to clean the dust container after I dump the debris into a zip lock bag. However, one thing to watch out for.. don't suck up the little clear panel that covers the input opening. They should also include a replacement one as I've sucked mine up twice now, having to take off the tube of my wet/dry vac to retrieve it. Now I hold it down as I suck out what dust remains after it is emptied from the dust container. It's fun watching it go back to the charging station on its own when it needs to! :-) I looked at other brands and especially for the money, I have to say that it has to be the best!

At first, I was very hesitant to buy this Robo vac, because it was marked at a very affordable price compared to the other robo vacs. I was wondering how good it could be at such a low price? I am so glad I made this purchase.It has very good suction, but the filter compartment is small so you do have to dump it more frequently. The mopping component works well for light messes; nothing heavy duty. I have had this vac for almost a year and it still works great but I do not use it daily. I still use it in addition to my regular vacuum cleaner. The charge holds up really well. I can usually vacuum my entire upstairs, charge it and then do my entire downstairs floors.

Great product for price point. I have 2 cats and it doesn't deep clean my area rugs, even with increasing the suction power. It does great getting into smaller spaces and corners, but will get stuck on my one rug because of the texture. Overall, it works really well on my hardwood floors and keeps the majority of cat hair under control. Definitely a 4/5 and doesn't break the bank.

I love this robot vacuum it is so convenient and gets the job done very well, especially the carpets in the bedrooms. It also has a built-in cleaning system but I have not used it for that purpose but will try it. I had surgery and still got my carpet vacuum by using the remote device to program the robot vacuum to clean the floor. Most of all the robot vacuum is so smart it finds its charger and docks when it needs to recharge.

Update October 2023Bought another one of these, but it only lets me post one review for the same product regardless of how many times I bought it.. I love these robots and they make cleaning my home so easy hence why I have so many! Woke up to the charger burnt cable burnt and charred. I unplugged and threw out the charger dock right away because I was freaking out. The robot seems ok because I charged it on another one of my robots dock. Not sure why it did that, I know electronics can just short out or overheat. I'm not mad, just not sure how to process the two year warranty I purchased when I don't actually need a vac just a charger dock. If the seller could reach out and then I'll update this again. Even with my problem they are so worth the cost and you will be happy with them and with the customer service Im hoping.----------2022 Update: seller listened to my concerns and refunded me so that I can purchase another one. Excellent customer service. I love the product. I have two and use them daily, actually sometimes morning and night. I have two dogs and six kids so it's a huge help. When it stopped working I was so upset. Seller fixed the problem immediately. Definitely buy from them. These are WiFi compatible too so you can start it while away or doc it. Of course it will occasionally get stuck but it's a robot so expect that. The mop works, but don't expect scrubbing to happen, it's like a Swiffer that just goes over with a little wet cloth after the vac. It don't need a lot of water in the tank, and don't leave the tank attached if it still has liquid sitting in it while charging because the tank is designed to just slowly drip out.Overall yes, I recommend.------------I bought one of these for Christmas last year, and I was so happy with it I then bought another one (this one) in March of this year.It's been 4 months now and today it just stopped working, again, but this time it's not turning back on.I never had issues with my first one, it still runs well to this day, but the second one has been glitchy and shuts off but usually after sitting on the charger it would eventually make the noise and charge up.It's been on the charger all day today and making a clicking noise so I took it off. The little power light will go on and then shut off immediately.It sucks because I was hoping it was just doing it's malfunction thing again but would be fine and this time it's not.Every time it has given us issues, it's been after I used the "mopping" function. My husband thought maybe liquid hits a sensor that makes it do this? I have no way of opening it or anything so I'm not sure.Anyway, it's a fantastic device but for the price I'm extremely disappointed that it is broken after 4 months. I would not recommend buying this because even thought we have a great one, having a broken one really is disappointing and I'm hoping the other one doesn't start malfunctioning :(
