I was a bit unsure about this product but It's amazing! Instead of senna everyday and pre biotics and probiotics this has totally replaced them all. It does exactly what it is meant to. This stuff works perfectly, I tried the loose powder but it wasn't nice so thought I'd see if these capsules work and they do. After bowel movements I'd say the toilet paper is clean after wiping 99% of the time.

Without going into great detail, I've struggled with my bowls for most of my life. Sat on the toilet at 3am in the morning practically in tears because I'd been there for a while and it seemed endless, I googled if there were any magic solutions because I was absolutely desperate, last time I googled I found nothing, this time a year old reddit post mentioned this product and someone else commented agreeing, out of absolute desperation I found some on Amazon [I'd have tried drinking holy poop water if someone told me it would work at that point]. Came the same day [8pm] took 2, went to bed and woke up and my bowel symptoms almost all gone [doesn't take much pain away though- but that wasnt my main issue]. Took another 2 and by the days end my bowels were like any normal persons, something I'd not had since I was probably a child, not sure if it was pure coincidence or me praying to every God possible the night prior or the tablets. I waited until I went for a number 2, again I won't go into detail but I've never in absolutely years been in less then 2 Minutes, but this time I was, not just a fluke either as every day since my bowels have remained almost normal and so have my toilet visits. I usually wouldn't talk about my bowels especially on a review, but I genuinely can't tell you how much these have changed my life. I've been to doctor, after doctor, who's given me different tablets and diagnosis everytime I see them, and nothing ever properly works.

I got these to help keep me regular nd they were recommended. They don’t do anything for me at all. I even increased from 2 capsules to 3 a day and they still don’t work.

Good quality ingredients and reasonablely effective for those on low fibre diets

Tried the powders but did nothing for me. Bought these because of the reviews. Took two and worked wonders but I think I could manage on one a day.
