I over research things. I hate having too many options. After “looking” on Amazon for a couple of days I decided on this little gem.What makes this a gem?1. The carry case. It fits well, not crammed in.2. The trigger for the nozzle. Easy start and stop3. The EXTERNAL water pickup tube. I wasn’t sure about this at first, but it’s a win. You’ll go through more water than you think. A small 1.2 liter tank just isn’t big enough. I used a gallon water jug. So much better. So much bigger4. QUALITY hose. The hose on this guy is quality insulated and wrapped. Unlike any others I looked at.Cons to the machine:Nothing really stands out. You do have to get used to the stopping of steam after you use the trigger to stop the flow. You’re waiting for the steam in the lie to escape. If you let it sit idle for several minutes the tube cools and you get a stream of water before steam. If you expect instant steam you don’t understand the science.Tips for use:Use a large water container, like 1-2.5 gal. Make sure it has a small opening though. It helps keep the pickup tube in.I got the best results when I used the machine to “steam heat” the water in my water container to HOT. The preheating gave me some serious steam power. The user manual actually recommended this if the ambient temp was cooler.I DID buy the 3 year protection plan just in case.This little wonder made quick work out of some nasty stuff in a car that I was reconditioning. I was truly surprised.

This doesn't do miracles. We've realized that we sometimes still need a cleanser or a chemical. And it would be nice to have a little more pressure sometimes, but this isn't a pressure washer. It puts out hot steam, and with some pressure that's usually sufficient. Some have said it's not as hot as they expected. That's not our experience. It's hot. And with the included brushes, it does a good job. We've used it on the stove with just the steam and its brush and it cleaned better than our previous method. So, I'm not sure I understand the negative reviews. We expected a steam cleaner and that's what this is.

Although it sounded so compromising to me when I read its specifications before buying it, when I used it, it was not what I expected. It did not want to heat up and immediately turned off. I could not use it.

On the first go, the water shot out in the form of a stream before steam did. Note that it takes about a minute or two before steam comes out. Other than that, the attachments worked as described. It does a really good job of keeping the steam concentrated versus dispersed.

First, even though the picture looks like it, there is no trigger on the nozzle to stop the steam. The only way to control the steam is the dial on the top of the machine. Turning the dial is supposed to increase and decrease the flow; however, it has little to no impact. The only way to stop the steam is the main power switch. Because of the poor steam flow control, expect your house to be an amazon (no pun intended) rainforest when you're done.Another flaw is the wand handle. Even though it has a sticker saying the end gets hot, and even with the long wand, the fitting right above the handle will burn you if you touch it. Your finger will inevitably wander up there due to the handle design. A simple $0.05 piece of silicone over this fitting or a small design change in the handle so it's uncomfortable to put your finger there could have mitigated the potential for burn injuries.

I am in the midst of starting my own auto detailing business and I use the steam cleaner a lot when it comes to doing the interior definitely worth the money in a great buy a steam cleaner. These days is a must have if you want to get a full clean and sanitize your interior.

I used this today on my car motor I was so amazed how awesome it clean oil and old crud off so easy a big WOW. But it would have been nice too have a heat switch so you could turn the heat off so the water could stay running and cool down the system before powering off then the system would last longer. But we can't have everything lol

It worked better than I expected water was hot and pressure was more than expected.Out preformed my expectations
